Azimut Service Suite is offered exclusively by Azimut-Benetti. 01 Yacht Configurator


Azimut Yacht Configurator is an application that guides the customer in the configuration of the desired yacht. Thanks to an extremely accurate 3D interface, it is the ideal tool for visualizing and furnishing the yachts of the range in real time by experimenting with the remarkable customization possibilities of the models. It is a one-of-a-kind interactive experience, the only one able to offer truly oustanding support during the important phase in which the equipment, systems and internal decor of the boat are chosen.

02 Azimut Experience Charter Program


Azimut Experience Charter Program is a service that enables future owners to get a preview of the extraordinary sensations that only an Azimut yacht can provide. By contacting the Azimut Charter Club, it is possible to book exclusive stays aboard Azimut yachts to discover what the Azimut way of life really means, along the beautiful coasts of the Mediterranean. The Azimut Charter Club also offers the interesting opportunity of trying out a specific Azimut model, so you can fully appreciate its characteristics prior to purchasing.

04 Ownership Program


The Ownership Program of the Azimut Charter Club offers Azimut customers the possibility of reducing or even eliminating the operating costs of their yachts, by chartering the boat out in the periods in which it is not used by the owner. The three programs Charter Marketing, Full Management and Guaranteed Program have been designed to respond to owners' different needs. Each one is different with regard to the degree of limitation on the use of the boat and the supplementary services offered, from crew management to administrative and accounting management to full management of the yacht. These services, too, are managed by the Yachtique Division.

05 Azimut Styling Lounge


To help the owners of large yachts give a more personal style to their boats, the first Styling Lounge, an interactive, multimedia showroom, has been opened in Viareggio. Advised and assisted by architects highly qualified in the area of "interior concept", owners can visualize and purchase furnishings, choose the best accessories, experiment with different types of lighting, and even request a search for particular items, like works of art or special audio/video devices for High Definition fans.

06 Additional Warranty


In addition to its standard warranty, Azimut offers an extended warranty that covers any structural defects in the fiberglass of the hull, as well as the formation of osmotic blistering should they manifest themselves within five years of delivery of the boat. The validity of this warranty is conditional on actual execution of the scheduled maintenance visits foreseen for the model.

07 Maintenance Scheduled Program


Forty years of experience confirm that proper maintenance is the best way to keep performance and safety high and consumption low. The Maintenance Scheduled Program is a complete maintenance program designed for Azimut customers. In the first year following delivery, Azimut offers two free services at any Azimut dealership for every yacht up to 65 feet. The first service, after the first 50 hours of navigation, consists in a check of basic functionalities like the electrical equipment, fresh water and sewage system, engine instrumentation, pumps, and so forth. During the second service the boat is also hauled. The hull is cleaned and the antifouling paint is reapplied, the zinc anodes are replaced, the shafts, propellers and through-hull at no cost to the owner. Each service visit includes over 100 controls.

08 Master Peace


The Master Peace program, available for every Azimut yacht up to 72 feet, is a complete warranty and maintenance program designed to guarantee customers the maximum level of satisfaction and peace of mind. With Master Peace both the yacht's warranty and the Maintenance Scheduled Program are extended up to 36 months from delivery of the boat and the services can be performed at any Azimut dealer location. In addition, the Master Peace warranty is fully transferable and renewable, becoming a precious tool for the purposes of the appraisal of your used boat, and can be purchased at the moment of ordering a new Azimut boat like any other optional.

09 Courtesy Yacht Service


During the summer months, a number of Azimut courtesy yachts are made available to customers sailing in the Mediterranean. These boats are offered to any owners who might run into problems with their Azimut boat, making it temporarily unusable. The service is reserved to owners of Azimut boats that are still under warranty and is offered on the basis of call priority and the time required to fix the problem.

10 Yacht Management


Entrusting the management of the yacht to Azimut-Benetti means freeing the owner of all concerns, certain that the boat will be maintained and administered in accordance with the highest service standards existing on the market. The service is offered and guaranteed by the Yachtique Division through Fraser Yachts.

11 Crew Recruitment


The largest yacht crew placement agency in the world, which counts more than 50.000 contacts, is available to assist owners in their search for quality crew candidates. The service is provided by the Yachtique Division through Fraser Yachts18 dedicated team-members located in 8 cities around the world.

12 Azimut-Benetti Captain Yacht Master


This is a yearly meeting with the captains of yachts from all over the world, organized by the Azimut-Benetti Group. Dedicated to exploring professional topics and issues, it enables skippers to increase their professional and cultural knowledge, as well as their personal prestige. It is a chance to consolidate ties with captains even more, thereby entering into a true elite of the seas.

13 Worldwide Service Network


The Azimut sales and service network is an international network present in 60 countries, with 138 offices. Thanks to the professionalism of technicians directly trained at the Azimut Technical School, the network is always able to respond in real time to the customer's needs. The network enjoys the support of three central spare parts warehouses covering over 2,600 square yards and a dedicated team of more than 20 employees, to always have a vast stock of spare parts on hand for speedy delivery for the entire range of boats. Strategically located in Avigliana (Turin), Viareggio and Fort Lauderdale, these warehouses reduce delivery times to the minimum.
